Milford Regional Physician Group | Massachusetts 

Milford Regional Physician Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Physician Assistant to join our Labor & Delivery maternity team. This role provides comprehensive inpatient maternity care, including triage, labor management, postpartum care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff in a high-acuity clinical environment.

Qualifications 

  • Current Massachusetts RN and Certified Nurse Midwife licensure with Certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board/ACNM (or) 

  • Current Massachusetts license, issued by the Physician Assistant Board with certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) 

  • 2 years of experience 

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills 

  • Previous Labor & Delivery inpatient experience preferred 

  • Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered maternity care, clinical excellence, professionalism, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
