Right at Home North Dallas has urgent weekend shifts available for a Home Health Aide and is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers who can support clients with specialized needs.

We are urgently hiring caregivers for the following immediate shifts:

75209 – Clients requiring Hoyer lift transfers
75230 – Clients needing stroke recovery support

Home Health Aide Pay & Scheduling

$15.00–$16.00 per hour
Shifts typically offered at orientation
Weekly pay with direct deposit

Primary Duties

Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
Stroke‑related mobility and recovery support
Alzheimer’s & Dementia care

Home Health Aide Requirements

Ability to treat seniors and their homes with dignity and respect
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or in‑home)
Hoyer lift experience required
Stroke care experience required
Clean background check and drug screen
Reliable personal transportation
Strong communication skills
Preferred: Valid driver’s license and car insurance
