Experience Required: Two years of relevant experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an acute care setting Certification/Licenses/Registration Required: Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the state in which you practice Current Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, required Pedagogy IV Certification Course must be completed within 30 days of hire Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication Pennsylvania LVN's: Act 33 (Child Abuse History Clearance), Act 73 (FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Clearance) completed within the last 5 years, or must be obtained prior to start date.
