We are currently seeking a qualified LPN for a 36/48 hour a biweek on 12 hour Day shifts. Every other weekend is required. 32 bed non-skilled Facility. 23-25 census.

Quaifications:

  • 2 years experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF setting

  • Active Colorado or Compact license

  • Active BLS card.
