Responsibilities
RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics)
- Lead and implement individualized care plans
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer medications and advanced therapies (including IV therapy, TPN, and complex treatments) Monitor and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians
- Support emergency response and clinical safety
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- You will be fully accountable for delivering safe, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate pediatric care.

Qualifications
RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics):
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be at last 21 years of age
- Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
