Home Health Aide Pay & Scheduling

$15.00–$16.00 per hour
Shifts typically assigned at orientation
Weekly pay with direct deposit

Home Health Aide Primary Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders
Support with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Assist with ambulation and safe transfers
Provide Alzheimer’s & Dementia care

What We’re Looking For in a Home Health Aide

A caregiver who treats seniors and their homes with dignity and respect
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or in‑home care)
Clean background check and drug screen
Reliable personal transportation
Strong communication skills
Preferred: Valid driver’s license and car insurance
