Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver 1st Shift, you will:

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Take clients on walks, trips to social events or medical appointments, assist with hobbies, or run errands
Perform light housekeeping
Perform personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Supervisor, including but not limited to assisting clients with activities of daily living such as:
- Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom needs, bathing, oral care, skin care, and hair care)
- Ambulation
- Eating
- Dressing
- Shaving
- Meal preparation (No worries, you don't need to be a gourmet chef!)
Maintain accurate care records
Communicate effectively with the care team

The Caregiver 1st Shift role provides an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact every day.

Working Environment:

Primarily works in clients' residences; travel may be required.
Shift times and days vary with client needs.

Our Caregiver 1st Shift team members work directly with clients to deliver compassionate, personalized care and support.

Requirements:

We are looking for availability between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. First-shift availability is required.
High school diploma and/or G.E.D. certificate
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must have a current and valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws safely
Ability to pass background checks
