RN Unit Manager – Dementia Unit

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for our Dementia Unit.

This is a specialized unit, and we are looking for a compassionate and strong clinical leader who understands the unique needs and behaviors associated with dementia care. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dementia-focused environment and leading a team within this setting.

Position Details:

Full-Time
Monday–Friday Schedule
No Weekends or Holidays
On-Call Rotation Required
RN License Required

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dementia unit
Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with care planning and clinical oversight
