Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support and expand our Endocrinology services in the south suburbs of Chicago. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment with strong hospital backing and community demand.
Responsibilities
Position Highlights:
- Clinical Focus: Primarily outpatient endocrinology care with inpatient consultation opportunities. Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, osteoporosis, adrenal/pituitary issues, and other endocrine disorders.
- Collaborative Team: Work closely with board-certified Endocrinologists, diabetes educators (RDN/CDCES), and multidisciplinary teams in cardiology, bariatrics, oncology, and women's health. On-site lab, imagin, and diagnostic support.
- Growth Platform: Join Prime Healthcare's investment in service-line expansion at this 214-bed facility serving Olympia Fields, Chicago Heights, Matteson, and surrounding communities. Immediate patient volume with robust primary care referrals.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certification as NP (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care) or PA-C
- Current Illinois APRN or PA license (or eligible) and valid DEA license
- Endocrinology experience preferred; strong interest in diabetes management required
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Pay Transparency
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
