Key Qualifications:
- Active PA LPN license required
- Prior experience in school nursing or with pediatric populations preferred
- Comfortable working across two school sites within a short distance of each other
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing daily priorities and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the school nurse in daily health office operations and deliver medical care to students as needed
- Administer medications, provide first aid, and respond to health emergencies
- Substitute as a PCA/1:1 aide for three students when required: two with spina bifida and one diabetic student
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to manage and document individualized care plans
- Foster a safe and supportive school environment for all students
- Availability for the school year from August 19, 2026, to May 26, 2027
