School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | New Oxford, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eager to support young learners health across two school sites within close proximity. This is an onsite, contract role that runs from August 19, 2026, through May 26, 2027. The weekly schedule is 35 hours, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal time.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Prior experience supporting children and adolescents preferred
• Flexibility to move between two nearby school locations as district needs arise
• Confidence assisting colleagues and stepping into various support roles, including PCA/1:1 for students with spina bifida or diabetes
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the school nurse with daily health office tasks, addressing medical and wellness needs of students
• Provide individualized support for students with complex medical requirements, including substituting as a personal care assistant (PCA) or 1:1 nurse
• Deliver exceptional care to students with spina bifida and diabetes when coverage is needed
• Maintain accurate health records and collaborate with educational staff, families, and clinical professionals to foster a safe school experience
