Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care, including:
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Required
Certifications & Licensure:
: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Required
: 30-hour IV Certification
Required
: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience:
Preferred
: At least one year of experience as an LPN
Preferred
: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care
