Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Casual/PRN

Job Description

Nemours Children’s Health- Delaware Valley is seeking a casual or per diem Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the St. Francis Hospital location. This APP will function in both an independent and expanded collaborative role by planning and providing comprehensive, complete management of a primary caseload of critically ill infants and their families. This position includes attendance in the delivery room for high-risk deliveries and as needed upon request. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all phases of practice are required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Neurology - Nurse Practitioner - Center City

Job Details The Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive clinical support to faculty within the Jefferson Cognitive Neurology Division, focusing on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of outpatient populations with cognitive neurological disorders. This role works collaboratively with attending physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, while practicing within the legal scope of licensure. The NP plays a key role in the care of patients with dementia, including both neurological and behavioral aspects, as well as ongoing care management and coordination with caregivers and support services. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring disease progression, and providing education to patients and families. This position also supports emerging treatments and management strategies for patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), including assisting with the evaluation of eligibility for new therapies and monitoring treatment response. In addition, the NP provides consultation services for neurology patients presenting with psychiatric or behavioral syndromes, functioning as part of a specialized “memory clinic” model of care. This includes collaboration with psychiatry and other specialties as needed to ensure comprehensive management of complex cases. The Neurology NP contributes to maintaining clinic efficiency, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting the academic and clinical mission of the division through excellence in care delivery and teamwork.
