Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
Must be willing to cover weekends if needed as back-up
Help recruiting and candidate interviews
Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver needs
Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
Maintain computer schedules
Office duties
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Requirements:
Experience – Home care and Scheduling experience preferred but not required
Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
Characteristics – Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close TEAM environment
