Key Qualifications & Experience:

Responsibilities Include:

Managing daily health concerns, medications, and care for K-12 and transition students
Developing and implementing individualized health plans for students with chronic or acute health concerns
Conducting health screenings, immunization compliance, and maintaining accurate health records
Serving as a liaison for health education, preventative care, and emergency response
Collaborating with educators and school teams to provide inclusive support for all students
