Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of MA. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
