The facility is specifically designed for the needs of our patients and is set in an environment designed to promote peaceful recover About Rehab and Nursing Center-Leffingwell The Rehab and Nursing Center – Leffingwell was designed with healing in mind. The center offers 80 private rooms, each with an accessible bathroom, comfortable seating for guests, a large screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and beautiful nature views. In addition to a dedicated interdisciplinary team, physical, occupational, recreation and speech therapists will provide patients with a customized therapy program designed to meet individual rehabilitation needs. Our expert team of therapists will use the latest technology and techniques to maximize independence and mobility to help prepare patients to return home.
