RN Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse in this state

  • Experience is long term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Proven supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment for the RN Supervisor position.
