  • Support chronic disease management plans, including diabetes, asthma, and allergies
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments in accordance with state guidelines
  • Educate students and staff on health practices, safety, and disease prevention
  • Maintain detailed and confidential health documentation
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and local healthcare providers to ensure coordinated student care
