The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

·       Holds a current California LVN license

·       Has current BLS/CPR certification or can obtain it during orientation

·       Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

·       Communicates well with residents, families, physicians, and team members

·       Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills

·       Has a genuine passion for patient advocacy and resident care

Responsibilities Include

·       Providing nursing care within LVN scope of practice

·       Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy

·       Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes

·       Supporting CNAs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

·       Participating in infection control and quality improvement programs

·       Conducting patient and family education

·       Carrying out physician orders in accordance with state regulations

Qualifications

·       Current California LVN license required

·       BLS/CPR certification preferred

·       Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
