Nurse Manager LPN - Primary Care (Exempt)

The Primary Care Nurse manager will serve an integral role in Mercy's efforts to implement high-quality and patient-centric care delivery. This role will be responsible for leading the team of the Primary Care Nurses which involves supervision and evaluation of personnel, policy development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, hiring and training personnel in the responsibilities of their job functions, department optimization, and continuous quality improvement. The Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Experience: 5 years clinical healthcare and leadership experience.
Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.
