What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
  • Care for pediatric & young adult clients (infant to mid-20s)
  • Manage complex medical needs, including:
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Ventilator support
    • G-tubes / feeding tubes
    • Medication administration
  • Monitor patient condition and respond confidently to changes
  • Educate and support families with compassion
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to follow individualized care plans
