Required Qualifications

Certification: Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus

What Allara Offers

Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, and can increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through our incentive compensation program.

This APRN/PA will function independently and collaboratively to provide specialty medical care for patients from 0 through 20 years participating in Clinical Research Trials. This position is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm with no nights or weekends. The incumbent will coordinate, implement and complete clinical research studies or clinical trials by assisting with IRB submissions, assisting in regulatory document preparation and collection, in-servicing research teams, recruiting study participants, obtaining parental permission/assent, educating parents/participants, scheduling and conducting study procedures/examinations, collecting and recording study data, maintaining study records, interfacing with study sponsors, participation in sponsor study monitoring visits. Excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills are required. The Pediatric Allergy/Immunology Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant delivers comprehensive independent and collaborative care as an integral member of the Allergy/Immunology team in Wilmington Delaware. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will play a key role in the development of an Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) program in Wilmington, DE. A majority of clinical time will be dedicated towards oral immunotherapy treatment. Additionally, they will be delivering outpatient care for pediatric patients requiring diagnosis, evaluation, and management of other Allergy/Immunology concerns. Essential Functions Practices collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers to provide high quality health care to children. Performs appropriate assessment of patient/family upon referral/admission. Performs ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress and revision of interdisciplinary plan of care.
