Homestead Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor. Act as a liaison between Summit and the community, clients, facilities, etc. Evaluate the outcome of care and provide support to ensure that services meet the client’s needs. Inform Managers and other staff of changes in the client’s needs. RN Supervisor Requirements: Current RN license in the state. Willing to travel up to an hour in distance. Schedule visits with clients and families before due dates. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Previous experience in Home Care. Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
