    • Education
      • Skill and proficiency in applying the principles, concepts, and techniques, which are central to the nursing profession. Knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients appropriate to the patient’s age as normally acquired through completion of an Associate degree, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current licensure or permit as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas.

      • Knowledge of nursing management practices and procedures as acquired through two years nursing experience in an acute care hospital assuming a leadership or change role. Knowledge of hospital and nursing department policies and procedures and of assigned area/unit activities and personnel as acquired through an orientation program.
