JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of clinical supervisor or licensed physician, responsible for providing direct and/or indirect care to all patients visiting the clinic according to policy guidelines. Assists the clinical supervisor or licensed physician in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for the patients as appropriate. Documents condition, treatments, and care giving. Incumbents are subject to overtime and call-back as required by the hospital. Attendance is an essential function of this job.

FREQUENT STANDING, WALKING, BENDING, LIFTING UP TO OR EXCEEDING 75 POUNDS. CARRYING UP TO 40 POUNDS.PUSHING/PULLING UP TO OR EXCEEDING 300 POUNDS. JOB SUMMARY LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE /REGISTERED NURSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THERAPEUTIC CARE OF END STAGE RENAL DISEASE PATIENTS. WORKS UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION OF REGISTERED NURSE. RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIATING, MONITORING, TERMINATING, AND ADJUSTING ALL HEMODIALYSIS TREATMENTS ASSIGNED TO. MUST CONDUCT HIMSELF/HERSELF IN PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND DRESS APPROPRIATELY.
