Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist to help meet the growing demand of our hospitalist program at Franciscan Health Crown Point. This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience with inpatient care and Internal Medicine, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills. Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to ensure delivery of the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Traditional PRN schedule

  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Focuses on the observation/clinical decision unit

  • Average inpatient volume: 8 – 12 patients

  • Limited ICU Setting (All admissions require Pulmonary/Critical Care Consult)

  • Crown Point has:

    • Operating Beds: 233

    • 16 ICU and 22 PCU beds (38 critical care beds)

  • Strong collegial support from specialists
