Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Supervisor at our Advanced Healthcare Center in Toledo, Ohio. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality patient care
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to infection control, medication administration, and patient safety
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required
Current Ohio State Registered Nurse Licensure required
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a skilled nursing setting
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
