Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Moberly, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, implementing interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide guidance and support to other caregivers and team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Active & good stand Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri

  • Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or related setting preferred
