About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, optimizing reimbursement, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
