Health Care Associates, a trusted private duty home care company, is now hiring compassionate, dependable and experienced Home Health Aide for a client in the Kent City area!


Client Needs:

Assistance with transfers, meal prep, transportation, ADLs, some assistance with personal cares. Client can self-direct cares as needed.


Shifts are 7am-3pm 3-4 days a week that includes every other Saturday rotation.


Requirements:

Driver's License

2nd form of ID (ex: social security, birth certificate, passport)

Experience with lift transfers - preferred

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Assists in maintaining a safe, neat and clean environment; reports environmental deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager such as lighting or equipment problems. Protects the personal belongings of each resident, including eyeglasses, dentures, hearing aids, furnishings, jewelry, clothing and memorabilia. Promptly reports missing items according to established policy and participates in efforts to locate missing items. Observes residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly reports these changes to the Charge Nurse.
