Key Qualifications:

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school/district policies
CPR/BLS certification required

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing services to students as specified in care plans, including medication administration, health assessments, and treatments
Manage and document daily health-related concerns, accidents, and interventions in compliance with school policies
Support students with chronic health conditions, emergencies, and individualized healthcare needs during the school day
Educate students, staff, and families on health management, hygiene practices, and prevention initiatives
Liaise with teachers, counselors, and parents regarding student health concerns, with respect for privacy and sensitivity
Assist with the development and implementation of school health protocols and participate in trainings as needed
