Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Registered Nurse Wound Care

Overview Department: Wound Care Clinic Employment Type: Full Time (No weekends or call) Shifts Available: Days (Monday – Friday) Hours: 8 to 10 hour shifts – flexible scheduling Location: Providence Medical Center - Kansas City, KS The Wound Care RN in our hospital will oversee the assessment, treatment, and prevention of complex wounds, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care. They also educate staff, monitor outcomes, and develop protocols to improve wound healing and reduce complications.
