As a Seasonal RN in our ICU, you'll care for critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, ARDS, and complex post-operative complications. You'll also work with advanced life-support systems, including ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO, while gaining invaluable experience managing patients with acute trauma, advanced cardiac care, and neurocritical conditions.

Seasonal Position Details:

Full-time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)

Qualifications:

Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position required.

RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.

ACLS and NIHSS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Open Heart nursing experience is preferred.
Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
