SALARY RANGE: 105,872.00 - 164,091.20 YEARLY

General Summary:

Nurse Managers are responsible for the management of one or more defined areas of nursing service. Nurse Managers allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates competency in the ANA Nurse Administrator Standards of Practices and professional performances.
  • Attains patient satisfaction and quality measures goals.
  • Demonstrates nursing leadership by role modeling professional behavior; exercising core values and practicing innovation.
  • All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.

Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree Nursing Will accept a bachelor degree in another discipline if candidate holds a MSN.
  • Credential(s): Registered Nurse RN Basic Life Support BLS Certification related to the position, if applicable. Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification NRP
  • Experience: Five (5) or more years nursing experience with previous leadership roles as a preceptor/ clinical coordinator

Preferred Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

  • Education: Master Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • Credential(s): Nurse Executive - Board Certified Nurse Executive Advanced - Board Certified Certified Nurse Manager and Leader

L&D RN Position Summary The L&D RN provides nursing care for pregnant mothers beginning around the 16th week of pregnancy all the way through the immediate postpartum period.
