Orrville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is an 88 bed facility currently seeking a dynamic skilled individual who aspires to fill the role of Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

At Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, It's All About Living! Our Director of Nursing will share our vision to promote the highest achievable well being for our residents, and provide energetic support to our employees!

The ideal candidate for DON will be a change agent with proven leadership skills and transition experience. Candidate will possess prior management experience, strong clinical background, proven ability to lead teams, a success track in implementation of systems, maintenance of regulatory of compliance with both state and federal regulations, aggressive census management, and insight in respect to recruitment and retention.
