Job Summary:

Join our team at Mountain Park Memory Care Community, dedicated to providing the highest quality of memory care in Clackamas County, OR. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Med Tech to work our swing shift, ensuring top-notch medication management and exceptional resident care. As a Med Tech, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while working in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Management & Documentation
+ Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mountain Park policies, physician orders, and state regulations
+ Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR)
+ Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed
+ Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room
• Resident Care & Support
+ Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
+ Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director
+ Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $17 - $22 HOURLY

We are seeking compassionate, motivated CMT's to support the care of our residents at Stillwater Skilled Nursing Facility. Applicants must have an active RIDOH CMT License. Successful candidates will be able to work with older population & maintain an environment of compassion with physical, emotional and other psychological support for both residents and their families. DUTIES: Accurately pour and endorse assistance with medication of each individual Ensure consistency between the physician prescriptions, blister packs and medications poured for each resident Ensure timely and accurate medication orders and medication renewals Review medication refill log to compare with medication in storage cabinets Review of “no-refill” orders in the refill log and faxing of requests to MDs Review of receipt, storage and documentation of medications delivered Communicate with the Medication Supervisor to clarify and ensure entitlements, prescriptions, and deliveries Maintain medical and medication information on all residents in their designated file Report residents who missed or refused medications to supervisor and case management Attend all mandatory scheduled in-service training programs REQUIREMENTS: Must have an active RI CNA and CMT license Previous experience and/or training as a Medtech is strongly preferred Post high school course work in medical services or college degree preferred Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in the English language Familiar with the needs of the infirm and the elderly Full time and Part time roles are available!

Responsibilities The Emergency Med Tech (EMT) is responsible for the ground/air transportation of the patient and/or the Transport Team in both emergency and non-emergency situations, while ensuring the safety of the patient, team and public at large.
