Your main goal is to use all of your training to advocate for and provide person-centered care to community members. Planning, organizing, developing, facilitating, and directing activities that people find interesting is the main goal of your job in order to give them meaningful ways to spend their time, such as having fun, exercising, and fostering relationships. Responsibilities: Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers. Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures, and state regulations are being followed. Cover shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene. Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
