About the Role:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing services and operations of the facility
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for nursing care
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including planning, organizing, and directing nursing services
Quality Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in patient care, quality of life, and customer satisfaction
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and collaboration
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies and procedures
Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain professional knowledge and skills
