Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical operations within the facility

  • Lead and support nursing staff, unit managers, and clinical teams

  • Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations

  • Monitor quality measures, infection control, falls, wounds, and rehospitalizations

  • Drive survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes

  • Assist with staffing, education, mentoring, and retention efforts

  • Promote a positive and accountable culture throughout the building

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Oklahoma or Compact License

  • Previous DON or nurse leadership experience preferred

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process

  • Experience with clinical systems, care planning, and quality measures

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
