Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Humble, Texas area.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in providing both personal care and companionship while maintaining dignity, safety, and respect for clients and their families.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:

    • Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene

    • Dressing and grooming

    • Toileting and incontinence care

    • Safe transfers and ambulation (including use of gait belts and mobility aids)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare and assist with meal planning and light meal preparation

  • Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying client areas)

  • Assist with medication reminders (non-medical)

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings, when required

  • Follow individualized care plans with accuracy and professionalism

  • Maintain clear, timely documentation of care provided


Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum of 6+ months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or nursing facility)

  • Strong understanding of senior care, dementia care, or chronic illness support

  • Ability to reposition and assist clients safely

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  • Valid Texas driver license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance


Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)

  • Dementia or Alzheimer’s care

  • ALS care

  • Hospice or end-of-life support

  • Bed-bound or mobility-limited clients

  • Use of Hoyer lifts or transfer equipment
