We are hiring an experienced female CNA or HHA for a dedicated daytime case in Ashland, MA. This is a rewarding role supporting an adult female client in her private home. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, dependable, calm under pressure, and confident with hands-on total care.

Location: Ashland, MA
Schedule: Monday–Sunday
Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20–$22 per hour

About the Client:
The client has a neurological disorder, is non-verbal, and requires full assistance with daily care. She may scream or yell during care, so the ideal caregiver must remain calm, patient, reassuring, and professional at all times.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full hands-on total care
• Assist with multiple Hoyer lift transfers per shift
• Provide extensive bed care, including rolling and repositioning
• Assist with feeding while following aspiration precautions
• Support wheelchair mobility and proper positioning
• Maintain the client’s dignity, safety, and comfort
• Attend medical appointments with the client; no driving required

Required Qualifications:

• Female CNA or HHA preferred/required for this case
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
• Strong Hoyer lift and total-care experience
• Comfortable providing full hands-on care
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Active car registration and auto insurance
• Current physical and Fit-for-Duty note
• Ability to pass a background check
