We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing center, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards and regulations
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and quality outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff development and engagement

Requirements:

Associate's degree in nursing or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings a plus
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
