Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Enhanced Home Care
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide supportive, hands-on care for a young adult, male client in his home setting. This role focuses on assisting the client with daily living needs while promoting comfort, safety, and a positive environment. Work alongside a team nurse to promote overall health and wellness.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy working with children and families. Experience in providing care to individuals with enhanced needs is preferred.
Service Areas:
Wimauma, FL
5am-5pm Monday-Friday

What You’ll Do
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers as needed
Provide supervision and ensure a safe environment at all times
Assist the nurse with enhanced care as needed within scope of practice
Encourage development-appropriate engagement and interaction
Follow the established plan of care under supervision of nursing staff
Observe and report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse or supervisor
Maintain a clean, organized care environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with enhanced care clients preferred
Ability to be patient, gentle, and attentive with clients
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently & on a team in a home setting
Strong communication skills with client, families and team members
Ability to follow instructions and document care appropriately
Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
HHA certificate or CNA license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with active insurance
At least two years of experience in caregiving
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass required level 2 background screening
