Here’s What You Need
- Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Required
- acceptance into THR residency program Required
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Required And
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborates with the care team, performs hourly rounding, monitors patients, and takes action to reduce risks while reporting significant findings.
- Uses nursing models to collect data, individualize care, perform technical procedures safely, and administer medications per guidelines.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and adheres to national safety goals in all aspects of care delivery.
- Sets measurable professional development goals, maintains compliance with policies, and advocates for patients.
- Communicates effectively, recognizes ethical or legal concerns, and takes responsibility for ongoing professional growth.
- Works collaboratively with peers and assistive personnel, participates in teaching, adapts to workload changes, and supports unit needs.
