Administer medications accurately, carry out physician treatment orders, assist with procedures, and follow controlled substance regulations. Observe patient clinical status, document nursing care accurately, and communicate changes in condition through the established chain of command. What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
