About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Med Tech to join our care team on a full-time, swing shift schedule. As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for: • Assisting residents with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity. • Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition, including unusual behaviors or symptoms, to the nursing staff. • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote socialization and mental stimulation. • Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and tidy living space. Must also be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA), as required. Previous Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) experience required. Experience in administering oral, topical, optic, ophthalmic medications, and subcutaneous injections required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow clinical instructions accurately and consistently. Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
