Performs nursing functions within scope of licensure
Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
Current license in the State of AR

Position Summary: The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible the clinical training/orientation of the Clinical (Nursing) staff in the Medical Group. Adult learning theories are utilized when implementing educational programs/activities for staff. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator acts as a consultant and trainer for standards of care for clinical practice; utilizes and applies change theory in matters related to clinical practice; applies interpersonal skills and fosters communication when interacting with staff and other members of the healthcare organization.
