Provides a wide range of support by performing administrative and clerical tasks for executives and/or management teams. Manages scheduling, makes travel arrangements, handles telephone communications, and daily administrative problems. Serves as main direct administrative contact, and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external agencies and institutions on a range of confidential administrative issues. Establishes policies and procedures for department and manages annual departmental budget. Works under the guidance of leadership in planning efforts and establishing procedures. Oversees the completion of special projects, special events, and reporting.

Here is What You Will Be Doing:
  • Greets visitors, answers multi-line telephones, screens callers, and disburses information to senior leadership and/or concerning parties.
  • Schedules meetings, arranges training for new technology and procedures; trains new hire administrative staff on office policies, procedures, and internal databases.
  • Monitors departmental expenditures and makes recommendations regarding budget requests and changes to management; receives input from department management including justification statements to develop annual operating budget.
  • Prepares reports by conducting research and analysis for management team; prepares evaluation and interpretation of program effectiveness; writes and edits technical reports and compiles data for analysis.
  • Streamlines operations and enhances services by analyzing departmental operating procedures and implementing changes.
  • Leverages knowledge of the processes to maintain site operations in compliance with Company guidelines.
  • Contributes to organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

Job Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in one of the following: Diploma in Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required. Previous nursing experience preferred. Must be able to physically exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work. Position may require frequent patient handling activity.
