Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents: administering IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. This position is, part time, or per diem. This includes: -Completing all screenings including vision, height, dental, weight and lead. Dental and vision will be monitored and charted if completed prior by the physician. Weight will be monitored and recorded if completed prior and nurse will do follow up after 3 months.
